Spin Telecom Co., Ltd. have a number of modem and system design technologies which are very key in the filed of mobile communications. The company has completed developing PNC(PN canceller) relay station and WAPA(WCDMA Air Protocol Analyzer) based on wireless modem and system technologies acquired through the development of CDMA, WLL, IMT2000, and WCDMA system.
The company is promoting it as the core business item for the future.
The PNC has significantly improved simple relaying equipment into a high smart relay instrument. Unlike existing instruments that simply relay the signals transmitted from many stations, the PNC selects only one base station to relay among many other stations. As a results, it solves the PN pollution problems in urban area concentrated a number of skyscrapers and broadcasting stations.
We have succeeded in developing commercially for the first time in Korea and has validated it's functions through supplying the number of samples to SBM(Soft Bank Mobile) with the addition of ICS function. It is expected to be commerciallized and delivered in bulks. We are looking forward to also supplying another multiple customers as the NTT Docomo and the KDDI are currently showing enthusiasm.
